Kids, 6-18 year olds. CrossFit Kids is separated in to 6-12 Elementary and 13-18 Teens. Each group meets for 60 minutes twice a week.
CrossFit Kids combines gymnastics, body weight, calisthenics and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across 10 general physical (Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy) skills with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and vestibular system development.
